Who is Frank?
We're a sincere, open, straight-talking, candid, down-to-earth, tell-it-how-it-is agency. Frank. We chose Frank the dog as our logo because just like him we're loyal, hardworking and tenacious. In fact the only thing we're missing is the wet nose. Individually we each have extensive experience of working across a wide variety of brands, across the full spectrum of marketing; collectively we share a passion for anything to do with engines. Jim Gilroy (Director)Email
Jim has over 20 years account management experience in advertising, marketing and sales. Previously with agencies BHWG BBDO, Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide and EHS before moving client-side for Yamaha Motor Europe in Amsterdam, Jim co-founded the agency in 1999 to offer clients 'big agency' thinking but with the more bespoke, flexible service that a smaller, dedicated team can deliver.

After a decade at Citroen Netherlands and Yamaha Motor Europe, Tom's experience of two- and four-wheeled products and racing has been invaluable for our automotive clients. Based in Holland, Tom currently coordinates a pan European mobile motorsport promotion unit.

Originally trained as an industrial designer, Ben has been a committed 'petrol-head' for as long as he remembers. He has been combining his love of photography and graphic language for nearly 20 years and has worked on many diverse automotive brands, from Maybach to Mitsubishi and from Skoda to Smart. Whether it's a corporate identity or advertorials he ensures our work is on message and on brand.
Kerrie-Anne Payne (Account Director)Email
Kerrie leads the Dunlop Europe account having had over 17 years marketing experience in the automotive and finance sectors with brands such as Jaguar & Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Lloyds TSB and Zurich. Previously the Jaguar Corporate Sales Marketing Manager, Kerrie has a wealth of knowledge that spans both B2C and B2B results-driven communications across many media disciplines.
Ceri Anne Jones (Account Manager)Email
Ceri joined us from Land Rover dealer marketing, where she developed centralised campaign materials for customer acquisition across a range of media including direct mail, online, email and outdoor. Also responsible for the delivery and ongoing management of the very first dealer digital point of sale tools, rolled-out to both the Land Rover and Jaguar networks. Ceri has a degree in advertising, media and design management.
